I would like to say that Nancy Remini is nothing short of exemplary. She always takes the time to follow-up after we get settled in to make sure nothing is wrong with rental house and would immediately address our concerns if there was. Nancy makes herself very accessible to answer any questions regarding restaurant ideas or things to do in general. She has ben a pleasure to deal with over the years and should commended for her dedication to customer service and satisfaction! Thank you Nancy.
Sandra was wonderful! She was available to answer any questions that we had and was always available which is appreciated. We will be reaching out for our next vacation for our beloved LBI.
We keep coming back, year after year, to LBI with our extended family. Peaceful, restful, and fun. Many happy memories!
We recently sold our family beach house at LBI and not only did Alicia Marzarella manage the sale, she also helped to find rentals for the summer rentals we had already booked, but which we could no longer accommodate. Alicia went above and beyond in finding comparable homes to rent for our summer bookings, and the places she found were perfect for the renters. Alicia has also been working with my mother for years, helping her to rent out the house for the summers. My mother trusted her more than any other realtors she had found and sought her out for counsel again and again over the years. This was why we turned to Alicia when we had to sell the house. We knew she would help make it a success and she did!! So whether you are looking for a vacation rental or looking to rent your home to others, Alicia is an extremely knowledgeable agent who will get the job done for you. She is also just a great person to talk to, she will listen to your needs and do her utmost to accommodate them. I recommend her unreservedly and very enthusiastically!
Beverly was fantastic and I would highly recommend her. We fell out of the rental rotation due to our kids schedules with sports and school. She stayed on top of cancelations and was able to get us a place at the last minute. The place was perfect. She was kind, patient, showed up at the place with treats for the kids and a jersey tomato for us! Great customer service. She is a class act and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or rent on LBI!
Started using Berkshire Hathaway with Carol Stephens when she closed her agency on the boulevard this past year she referred me on to Pat Schultis as she was no longer doing rentals Pat work with me to find a very comfortable home and is there any questions I had and helps me with any of my needs I was very happy with my service
We love this house and we think Alicia M is a GREAT agent !!!!
This was our 22nd year coming to the island for vacation and was by far the best. When we got up onto the deck that 1st day my daughter and I hugged each other and shed some tears.. it was so beautiful. Literally a dream come true. Just beautiful! Hope return next year!
We would like to tell you how very happy we were with Alicia Marzarella. We contacted her regarding a rental we were interested in. We knew it was very late to try and book 2 weeks for July or August. Yet from our very first phone call with her she could not have been more helpful. She went out of her way to find out exactly what we were looking for. It took her less then 2 days to find us a rental that we were extremely happy with. She made phone calls & did not stop looking until we got what we wanted. Alicia went above and beyond to make us happy. We will be using her from now on and will reccomend her to all our friends & family. Thanks Alicia
Thanks to Alicia we were able to book a "last minute" home for our 2022 LBI vacation. The house was great it fit our needs. The process of booking was easy from the first contact to checking out. We have been coming to LBI for over 40 years and continue to enjoy the treasures it has to offer.
Zack Shore Realtors are the best on Long Beach Island. We have been using them for years for summer rentals, and they never disappoint. I highly recommend!
This has been our sixth year using Zack Shore Realtors and Agent Beverly Karch for our LBI rental. We have built a relationship with Beverly who has made the process very easy and is always available to help out with any concerns or questions we may have.
Pat did an amazing job finding us our perfect LBI home! The views were unbelievable from virtually every room in the home!! The house was very clean and extremely well cared for. You immediately feel the love. Our whole family fell in Love with the house and cant wait to rent it again next year!!
I have had the pleasure of dealing with Alicia Marzarella for many years now. She has been my "go to" realtor for my home rentals in LBI. She is always responsive and has never failed to deliver for me. She even recommended a local florist so I could buy flowers for my wife's birthday! She is a pleasure and the only realtor you should deal with when looking to rent/buy in LBI.
Our entire experience with Elaine and the company was wonderful! Very efficient and easy to deal with!
So enjoyed our week at LBI; I hadn't been in about 30 years, I was there for a family reunion of sorts, and was flying in from AZ. . I was totally out of date on how things happen at the transition each week, and Pat Shultis was so helpful and patient with all of my questions. Loved being in a bayfront home. I kept remembering how we would go down every winter to pick our house for the next summer, as I always liked trying to find something different each year. So I kind of missed that opportunity with Pat because I booked it online, but I'm sure she would have been just as patient and helpful as she was with the online arrangements. She's very responsive and very timely in her communication and I give the whole experience a "high five".
Elaine Atlee has been our realtor for many years and has always been there when you need her. She is cheerful gracious and always returns your calls. The house at 2 Nebraska, Beach Haven has been great! Thank you for creating a wonderful summer vacation.
I have worked with Zack Shore and specifically Donna Diorio for more than ten years. She is the best. She is a great communicator and always willing to go that extra mile to make sure we are satisfied. If you need a great realtor on LBI give her a call!
We were so lucky to meet Alicia Marzarella during our search for a summer rental in 2018, and we continue to rely upon her assistance.
Alicia's work ethic, attention to detail and commitment to client satisfaction are exemplary. Her care, concern and diligence go beyond finding the right home for us. She works hard to ensure that our rental homes are perfect, and our time away is a true vacation. We truly value our relationship with Alicia and unequivocally recommend her.
What a great house! Clean, fully updated and complete with all amenities listed. Great location for walking to Bay Village as well as all the other local attractions and restaurants. Elaine Atlee of Zack Shore Rentals was fantastic to communicate with and answer any questions. We are coming back again in 2025!?
Thank you, Michael P
Dawn was great to work with. She always made herself available to us and really made the purchase of our new home/rental of our old home as easy as possible. We would definitely recommend and/or use her again
We've been working with Zack Shore for years, and they never let us down. This year, Alicia Marzarella truly went above and beyond for us, quite literally saving our treasured family beach week. Thank you, Alicia!
I just wanted to say we were very happy with this year's house! It turned out to be a great week weather wise. The location of the house was great and the extra parking was a big plus now that all of my kids drive!
Thank you, Bev, for another great week at the shore. I very much appreciate all of your guidance each summer and you never steer me wrong!
I rented the most magnificent home on the bay in Harvey Cedars in September. This was my first time on Long Beach Island. Alicia Marzarella was referred to me by an acquaintance who also had great results from her. Alicia was a gem because she listened to my requirements and only showed me websites of homes that fit the bill. She’s available anytime to answer questions and make things right if there are any issues in the house rented. She made sure we all had a perfect vacation and we are grateful for that!
My husband and I have been vacationing in Barnegat Light every September for many years. Pat Shultis helped us find the right rental property which has been perfect for us. She has always been great to deal with- very responsive over the years - doing everything she can to assist. And she is a person, not a website- which we appreciate. ;-)Thank you Patricia for suggesting the home we stayed in. It was perfect! It was clean and very spacious. We enjoyed ourselves immensely. We hope to return for our next vacation. Thank you again.
We have been using Alicia M since 2009 and she never disappoints!! Everyone at Zack Shore is wonderful! Thanks for always being there for us!!t vacation and we are grateful for that!
Elaine is the best! We have used her for many years and she is always helpful and honest regarding the properties we choose. We highly recommend her expertise.
Donna pulled a rabbit out of a hat in locating an amazing property in Beach Haven for my family. On the shortest of notices. Can't say enough about her professionalism and follow-through. She's now our go-to person for LBI.
Many thanks, Ken and family
LBI will be our new vacation spot... we loved it. Very family friendly. Just enough things to do around town and the beaches are beautiful.
| Donna Diorio is wonderful to work with! A friend recommended her three years ago and we have used her ever since. She is very pleasant and takes the time to find the perfect place to rent! Can’t wait to have her book out rental for next summer! |
I have been vacationing at the shore for many many years, and only a few years ago did I need to use a realtor. That's how I found Roberta Brackman. What a lovely woman. So easy to talk to and work with. This was our third year renting through Zach Shore using Roberta as our agent and I highly recommend them.
Dana is wonderful to work with! She always responds right away to any question or concern that I have. I give her my highest recommendation!
Patricia Shultis was helping me and my family with our LBI rental needs over several years now. Pat is very professional and courteous, and every time she was able to find great rental for us. Thanks a lot, Pat!
Love working with BH, and Karen. Always an effortless process each year renting 2705 South LBB. We love the house, and, of course, love LBI.
Enjoyed working with Elaine Atlee. Very efficient and friendly at the same time. Would definitely work with her again.
Thank you Samantha for finding us this gem??Also for going above and beyond for our family the week we were there! You are an angel and are so appreciated??
We’ve been using your service and Alicia for over 10 yrs and could not be happier! Love our rental and every time I leave I’m thinking about the next time!!! Thank you!?
Amanda was great! I reached out to her very late and she understood what I was looking for when we spoke. She sent out options that day and was around for the questions I had. It was great to work with her. She responded to every call and text. I'm looking forward to seeing if I can buy something next year, or rent for another week next year.
Thanks again for setting us up with the perfect house for our family…..year 3. The best part is how happy our grandkids are to spend vacation all together. They are already talking about returning next year!
Beverly Karch was very responsive to all of our questions and concerns!! I will definitely use Zack Shore Realtors again.
The agency has always been very helpful and professional. I look forward to working with them in the future.
There is not a better real estate agent on LBI than Alicia! She was there for my family and me from the very first moment I phoned her in a panic because we needed a last minute rental. She knew the inventory that was available, including if the bathrooms would pass my very high standards! She is not only knowledgeable, but fun, funny and the kind of person you want to have a drink with when all the craziness is over. We cannot thank her enough for the latest transaction, which was our vacation home purchase on LBI. She continues to make life on LBI for our family what we all want when we drive across the bridge, smooth and easy! Thank you!!
It was a distinct pleasure working with Nancy Remini. I reserved a one week rental through her and she was extremely professional and answered all my questions in a very timely manner.
We have been working with Zack Shore for decades. Every summer they find us the properties we need! This year was no exception.
This year, we ran into a scheduling snafu that could have ruined the vacation. Our local agent Alicia Marzarella saved our bacon by finding an available house for one night. Alicia was able to pull this off because she is "customer first" and knows everybody. Thank you, Alicia. See you next year!
It is a pleasure working with Alicia Mazarella! I gave her the challenging task of finding a small, two-bedroom unit in Barnegat Light for a couple summer weeks. She took on the challenge and found the perfect place for me! The unit was outstanding in terms of location, tasteful decor and plentiful amenities ~ and cost! Alicia was efficient in "getting it all done" for me. I thoroughly enjoyed the two weeks in this unit, it got great reviews from visiting friends and family, and I look forward to returning again next summer. Thank you to my sister for introducing me to Alicia, and many thanks to Alicia!!
As usual, Meg Mathews did a great job on everything related to our LBI rental this year!
The house meets our expectations & the pool has been a great advantage with the extra hot days!
We will be back again in 2026!
I've been a renter with Donna for quite a few summer seasons now and all my vacations on LBI have been Great. When I was looking for a house to rent for my summer vacation years back, Donna took me out to see houses I would like. She was patient until she turned me on to a place that I loved ! I keep going back with Pat and especially Donna. Always no glitches, Thanks Again Donna. Looking forward to another Great year In LBI 2020
Pat Shultis was outstanding in helping find a vacation site under some difficult requirements. She answered many questions promptly and without making me feel that I was a nuisance(which I probably was). She was available it seemed 24/7 and I can most definitely recommend her.
I was pleased with the house and the service I received from Pat and Berkshire Hathaway.
I’ll sum up my recent rental experience in one word, “PHENOMENAL”! From the moment I saw the Bay View Terr house, I was in love. True to form, the house did not disappoint! The views were priceless from nearly every room in the home. Exceptional privacy turned this vacation oasis into a private retreat! Plenty to eat, see, do within walking distance. I adore this home and couldn’t have done it without Alicia! She is the dream agent!! Cool, calm, and kind! We love her! Thank you Alicia and the Hill’s for giving us the opportunity to experience LBI from the beauty of Bay Terrace! See you in 2021 (or maybe before)!! ?
We love renting in LBI for a week in the summer and when I couldn't find anything to rent, my friend gave me Donna Diorio's information! I reached out to Donna and within hours had a variety of places for the week we needed and that were pet friendly! She also met us on Saturday in February to let us look at the houses to find the one that best suited our family! I feel Donna went above and beyond to help us! She is pleasant and always willing to help! I will definitely be using her as my go to for our LBI vacations! Thanks, Donna!!
My wife and I very much enjoy working with Elaine Atlee. She is very professional, responsive and enthusiastic.
I would like to say it was a true pleasure dealing with Alicia Marzarella and the wonderful property in Harvey Cedars she was able to secure for our large family. She was a delight to work with and answered my many questions promptly and with the upmost care. I highly recommend her for anyone looking for properties on Long Beach Island. We were all overwhelmingly pleased with the property she found for us and her service. We will return someday and she will be the first call I will make at that time.
We did an extensive search to find the perfect agent upon deciding to sell our home. Our search included all of the main island realtors. Our criteria for choosing was local understanding of Barnegat Light & LBI, customer service, and overall value.
I would highly recommend Alicia Marzarella for all of your real estate needs (buying, selling, renting). Alicia is a consummate professional with a real world understanding of the market AND a wonderful sense of humor.
Selling a home comes with a wide range of emotions... excitement, frustration, disappointment, surprise, satisfaction. Alicia was the consistent "calm" throughout the entire journey.
Our sincere thanks to Alicia for all she did to help us during this time of transition!
Alicia Marzarella has been our agent for the past three years. She has been enormously helpful and dedicated to finding homes for vacation rentals that best suit our family needs. She shows expertise, care and concern for her clients. She is a problem solver as well. She will always be my go to realtor on Long Beach Island. I highly recommend her for anyone interested in working with a very fine realtor
Our family had a Great week at the shore. Karen made the process very easy, the home was as expected and the whole week turned out very enjoyable. Thank you Karen for everything.
This is our first year renting from Samantha. We had a few issues while we were there for 2 weeks and Samantha handled swiftly and professionally. I will definitely rent from her again. The entire rental operation was Seamless.
Alicia Marzarella is easily the best agent we've used on LBI. We own two houses, one in Harvey Cedars, which we rent seasonally, and one in Barnegat Light, which we no longer rent but did some years ago. Alicia is amazingly effective. She gets it done over and over again. She's sociable, down to earth, connects easily with people. She's prompt, responsive, totally knows the area. You can't go wrong with Alicia.
Beverly, you have been very helpful and I appreciate your quick responses to all my questions. I can see why you have a 5 star rating! Thank you for helping us find a great place!
I worked with Amanda to find a vacation rental for just one week. We needed very specific dates and
even though it was just one week, Amanda took the time to help us as if we were renting for the whole summer.
She was very aware and helpful to our needs. I hope to work with her again.rent for another week next year.
Amanda was nothing short of terrific in all respects with respect to our renting a house in Beach Haven. From the time we first signed the rental papers until the time we left, she was always there to assist on moment's notice, and her assistance/help was just unbelievable. It made our stay that much more enjoyable and problem free.
Thank you to Donna DiOrio for making the rental process so easy when I come to LBI. She is quick to respond to my emails and phone calls and always knows the answers to my many questions! I look forward to working with her again next year. She's a great asset to Zach Shore!!
Once again our realtor, Alicia Marzarella found the perfect rental for our large family which included children and seniors. The house was absolutely beautiful with a breathtaking view of the bay and was also very well equippted. Alicia has been renting to us for several years and has never disappointed. She goes above and beyond. Most of all, she is great lady who strives to do her best at all times. I would never think of going to anyone else.
Just a short note to say how much my family enjoyed our stay at 142 Maryland Ave. and what a fine representative you have in Amanda Mathes.
Amanda has a very warm disposition and is attentive to every need of her customer. I appreciate her hard work.
Thanks so much FXD
Beverly Karch, our realtor, has always treated us professionally and alerted us whenever necessary to items we may have not attended to or just wishing us well as we enjoyed our vacation home! I’ve known Beverly since renting our first home in 2015 and I’ve recommended her to several friends and family. I will continue to do so! Thank you Beverly!
I love working with Amanda Mathes! She found me a great rental on East Sailboat Lane and was able to promptly answer all my questions regarding the unit. She is warm and personable and has been very responsive to my needs. I look forward to working with her in the future!
Alicia does an amazing job! Aside from being so much fun she will find you the best possible house to suit your needs.
Pat has been my LBI realtor for almost 20 years . She has always been very helpful to me and my family . Check in is very easy and fast . The rental was very clean and comfortable. She sent me a text message to warm me about flooding after a storm . I give Pat and her agency a 10 !
We've rented on LBI for over 25 years. This was our first time dealing with BHHS/Zach Shore. I must say the process was Seamless. Our Agent was Samantha and she was extremely professional, and on top of everything from the start. We had one minor issue which she addressed immediately. The House we rented was Perfect for our needs. We hope to rent through BHHS/Zach Shore for many years to come. Thanks again !!
We have been renting from ZackShore Realty for a number of years.
Pat has been our agent and has always provided us with prompt and thorough attention. She is extremely knowledgeable and accessible!
We have been coming to LBI for over 50 years and ZackShore Realty makes our plans a breeze!
Vacation was great, Amanda Mathis is the best. Amanda has helped with our rental plans for the last 4 years. Amanda goes above and beyond to ensure we are all set for our time on LBI. We had a situation which was unavoidable, though we were in the wrong Amanda went out of her way to help with a solution. I appreciate that. I will always go to Amanda when renting in LBI. Thank you, Amanda.
I have been working with Donna Diorio to find the right rental property for many years. She is always very helpful and attentive. We had to call for her a small issue in one of the homes we rented and she responded immediately She is a pleasure!
Amanda was great to work with, she was always available (even times when she was probably with her family) and on top of everything. I appreciate everything she did for us! Loved working with her!!
Hi Pat. As expected we had a great vacation. The house is always in beautiful condition and I appreciate the opportunity to relax and enjoy LBI with my kids and grandchildren. And thank you to you for expediting our arrival. Hope you have a great rest of the summer!!
Alicia was a pleasure to deal with during our recent stay. There were a few minor issues when we first checked in , but Alicia was on top of everyone of them. She was the most efficient and on top of her game through our entire stay. She worked endlessly to make sure our stay was the best it could be and my entire family says THANK YOU !!
Thank you so much , Rich ,Roseann McKenney and Familymend her.
Donna did a great job under a very tight timeframe. She was very patience with my incessant questions as well! We'd use her as our realtor again if we visit the area.
Nice house! Great location! Samantha from Berkshire made the process easy!
We had a wonderful week in Peahala Park - The house was very comfortable and offered many amenities. The A/C vents were very dusty but that's about it. The backyard was very nice - we spent a lot of time out there - we had a little one with us so the fact that it was fenced in was just perfect for us. The beds were very comfortable. We appreciated the beach badges as well. The weather could have been better but there's nothing any of us can do about that! lol Thanks for everything.
I have had the pleasure of renting from Alicia Marzarella for several years and she is the only realtor that has gone above and beyond to help me and trust me I'm not easy. She has helped in ways that other people wouldn't even think of. She is the best and the only realtor I will use for all of my beach vacations! Professional, understanding, reliable and creative! Bravo!
Sincerely and thankfully,
Tracey B
Another perfect week's vacation on LBI, thanks to Donna Diorio and the staff at Zack Shore Realtors. Every interaction via phone and in person is always a positive experience. Donna never hesitates to share her knowledge and expertise and is always quick to respond any time I've needed her. This year was particularly challenging with the restrictions due to COVID-19. The extra communication through emails from Donna and Zack Shore outlining the guidelines for LBI were very helpful. We knew what to expect before we arrived and made the situation so much less stressful. Thank you Donna. See you again next year!!
We have been renting on LBI for almost 20 years. Alicia Marzarella is our rental expert. We love her and the feeling is mutual. Alicia looks out for all her clients and makes sure we are all happy. She is very professional and experienced and excels at her job. We are already looking forward to next year!
I would like to say that Alicia Marzarella was a pleasure to work with. She provided us with several options for rental possibilities in LBI very quickly when we originally reach out to her . We are pleased that she explained everything to us through out the whole process and made the experience a smooth one. Our rental was very comfortable and we enjoyed our time there.
Thanks for all your help .
Renting a beach house on-line is not alway easy. The photos and information given can be deceiving. The Berkshire Hathaway website gave a very realistic and thorough view of the properties. And Donna Diorio was a great guide in choosing the property that was best suited for our family. We knew exactly what to expect and had a terrific stay at LBI.
Loved our vacation in Ship Bottom. It was our first time renting directly on the beach and it added so much to our stay. The views were fantastic. Pat Schultz, our realtor, always makes check in fast and easy. She checked on us during our stay due to a overnight storm. We love LBI and can't wait to return in 2018!
Bev Karch was very good to work with. the house was clean and ready for our check in. thank you. see you next year!
We have been using Pat Shultis, for the last 12 or so years for out rentals on LBI. She has been great every year, check-in and check-out has been quick and easy. She will check in every now and then if there is a storm, and to make sure everything is good. If there has been a problem, she had it fixed in less than an hour. Thank you Pat for all these great years on LBI.....
Our yearly family vacation to the Fishery in Shipbottom on LBI is a terrific experience for our whole clan. The condo, the beach, the people and of course Pat Shultis are A #1. The grandchildren look forward all year to "going down the shore" with Grandma and Grandpa and you don't disappoint. This year Adam, our 6 year old, told his mom "Mommy, I've been waiting to get here for 365 days". Our hearts are smiling! Thanks for caring for us.
Karen Torsiello is a wonderful agent. We love working with her
Another wonderful week on LBI!! Thank you again to Roberta for helping me find the unit. She is the best!!
While my husband and I have been coming to LBI for almost 40 years, this was our first rental working with Donna Diorio. I was delighted with our experience. From the first phone call to inquire about a specific property through the return of the property key, Donna was consistently professional, competent and courteous. Throughout the process, Donna kept me informed of our contract status, our payments and returned our deposit promptly. I would recommend her services to others and will definitely contact Donna for our future LBI rental needs.
Excellent Rental in LBI! I have bern working with Donna D’iorio for sevesal years! The ease and pace at which she finds me impeccable homes is fantastic! As a realtor myself outside
or the area, I very highly recommend her services! A+ all the way.
This was the 5th year we rented the Troast House in Harvey Cedars . This is a great house with a fabulous location . My children and grandchildren have greatly enjoyed the last five years. The house has everything in it and totally meets our needs. Only "needs improvement" comment is the AC to the bedroom on the top floor needs to cool off the room a little better. On very hot nights it was stuffy sleeping. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation, great weather and stayed in a fabulous house. This is why we're coming back next year.
Patricia Shultis was very helpful and responsive throught the whole rental process. I highly recommend her for helping with renting a house for a vacation.
We have our homes exclusively listed with Amanda Mathes for rent on Long Beach Island. Amanda is thorough, knowledgeable and consistent in overseeing our property. She’s reliable, motivated and is a true professional
As an licensed agent myself, I highly recommend Amanda and wouldn’t use anyone else.
Pat Shultis and Zack Shore are amazing! Thanks for all of your help booking our stay!!
Alicia has been our agent for over 25 years and as being an agent myself ;I can attest that she truly goes above and beyond for her clients. She is always available to answer questions and makes sure all is in order for our vacation. We are so very thankful for all she has done over the years!!
We have worked with Pat Shultis for three years. I have never dealt with a more responsive realtor. Whenever I emailed there was an immediate response back. She goes above and beyond to assist and help her clients.
We have been staying at The Fishery for several years now. We love the beach access, as well as the pool. All units that we have stayed in have been lovely. This year however, the unit was our favorite. It was well stocked, clean, nicely updated and fit our family comfortably. Pat , our agent is always helpful and pleasant. We look forward to returning next year.
We have been working with Donna for years. She is very cordial and accommodating. She tackles any problems we have and always manages to please. Looking forward to many more years.
Thank you Patricia for suggesting the home we stayed in. It was perfect! It was clean and very spacious. We enjoyed ourselves immensely. We hope to return for our next vacation. Thank you again.
I have now used Alicia Marzarella for two consecutive years. Alicia is everything you would want in a realtor!
Alicia is kind, proactive, detail oriented, and thorough in helping me pick the perfect rental. Thank you Alicia for all that you do!
I can’t say enough good things about Alicia Marzarella. In early July, we had an unfortunate last minute cancellation on our regular summer rental in Barnegat Light. I reached out regarding a rental I saw online, for the week of July 19th. Alicia responded right away, communicated with the owner, got everything in motion, and made sure we were able to enjoy a week on LBI. She was wonderful, helping us sign the last minute agreement online and make our payment. Would highly recommend. We were so impressed with her stellar service, we are changing directions and using her for our vacation next summer!
Donna Diorio is the best. Easy to work with and extremely accommodating. I am always a lady minute renter and Donna always comes through with exactly what I'm looking for. Nothing is ever a problem with Donna!
We have been working with Pat Shultis for several years. She has always been extremely helpful. When we had to change our vacation week and our usual rental was not available, she helped us find another similar property. Just before she processed our deposit check for the alternate property, our usual rental became available for the new week and she notified us immediately. While the other rental would have been OK, we were very happy that Pat took the time to draw up a new lease and switch us to our usual rental.
I've been dealing with Zack Shore Realtor in particular Patricia Schultis and she and Zack shore has gone over and above to help me and my family with our family vacation. Thank you Patricia for all your help each year! We have already filled out the form to secure our spot for next year before we left the Island. thanks again!
We rented a perfect beach house and Pat Shultis helped me through the year to finalize various details as I live across the country & was planning a reunion. I can't wait to rent this home again as all 20 of us had a fantastic time but next summer I will be planning a wedding! Hopefully summer of 27 we will be back!
Dear Dawn - Heartfelt thanks for all you did for me in handling the unfortunate “mess” after R’s passing. Your calls on my behalf…and your speedy re-rental of my property, and all the running you did to make that happen was so far beyond the norm! I thank you for all you do for me. With kindest regards,” D.M.
Great 2 weeks at 114 E 23td St Ship Bottom
Beverly Karch was efficient,, considerate & thorough in her pursuit of finding us an ocean block rental.
Everyone should be fortunate enough to have an agent like Bev!
Pat did a great job by going above and beyond to make our vacation great! I will contact Pat next time we rent in LBI!
My family and I have been renting summer homes on LBI for over 25 Years. Our children and grandchildren have grown up enjoying their summer vacations on LBI.
Alicia Marzarella has been our rental agent all these years and has never failed in finding us a beautiful home and location especially as our family grew. Our grandchildren are now in college and high school and they still look forward to coming down here every July. They start counting the days right after Christmas until we arrive here in July. We look to many more years of vacation time down here. We do not treat Alicia and Allison as people we do business with but
rather we regard them as personnel friends and we enjoy coming down to LBI every summer to see them.
Alicia went above and beyond to help our family settle into our long term rental in Harvey Cedars. She went out of her way to personally track down items that we needed for a comfortable stay and was available by phone and email at any time of day or night. She sincerely cared about the quality of our experience and we will most definitely be reaching out to her for our next rental!
Once again we have enjoyed a wonderful week with our children and grandchildren. 1504 Bayview is an ideal home and location for our family. The two floor living is perfect for our son and his family who make the trek up north from Georgia - no mean feat with two sets of twins ages 11 and 5! Our thanks to our magnificent realtor, Alicia Mararella, who found the rental for us three years ago.. Hopefully in the future, we will ask her help in finding a permanent vacation home for oursevles but in the meantime, we hope to spend our summers at 1504 Bayview.
Karen Torsiello is a wonderful realtor.
Alicia Marzarella is an outstanding agent. Last Fall she helped us find the perfect home on LBI for my family's beach week. during July 2025. This was not an easy task because we needede a large home for my large family. She was very responsive through the rental process making sure everything was perfect for us...including delivering a corn hole game! If there were any issues, she handled them promptly.
She was a joy to work with ,and we look forward to working with Alicia again in the future.' Thanks Alicia for a great family vacation!
Karen was a big help in assisting us locate the right rental home for our family vacation. We have been renting on LBI for 38 years, we had to switch to a new home this year and it worked out perfectly thanks to Karen Torisello.
Zack Shore has always been a consistent, reliable source of rentals for our ever expanding family.
This year, they went above and beyond, not only finding us the perfect place(s) for our family week on LBI, but also saving us from a self inflicted (my fault!) scheduling mixup that could have left us with nowhere to stay for the first night of our vacation. Alicia Marzarella stepped up at the eleventh hour and found us a place. This is why we work with the professional humans at Zack Shore and not with the online sites. Many thanks Alicia!
Amy Dacus was very helpful and responsive. She found the perfect-sized property for our annual family trip to LBI. We had a very minor problem with the linen service, and she fixed it immediately! The check-in/check-out process was also very seamless. I would highly recommend Amy and would definitely use her services again.
LBI is our happy place and we love renting in Ship Bottom. Beverly Karch, our realtor, always checks in with us to make sure my family and I get the most out of our stay!! She’s the best!y. I will continue to do so! Thank you Beverly!
Great relaxed time. Everyone enjoyed the clean, spacious facility and above all the ocean view from the spacious deck.
Checking in and out was quick and easy. I appreciated getting a text from my Realtor the first night we were there checking to be sure everything was OK.
We really appreciate how Amanda answered all our questions and helped us find the perfect rental. It is a beautiful home and we were able to have a great family vacation week on LBI. Thank you.
