2nd floor duplex on the ocean block Harvey Cedars Roof top deck has nice water views. Very close to beach and short walk into town for ice cream. Bay beach is also on 75th St so is very convenient. The grill is not shared, the grill marked Unit 2 is only for the second floor guest. There are 3 decks available to the 2nd floor tenants: front deck, back 2nd floor deck and the third floor bayside deck are only accessible to the 2nd floor guest.
