On the first floor you will find a mud room, 4 bedrooms 2 current twin beds will be changed to 2 Pyramid beds in the spring. Twin over full and access to the yard which offers a tiki bar, outdoor kitchen and landscaped yard with an inviting heated inground pool. Up the sky deck you will see panoramic views of the island. A great place to lounge and entertain. (no unaccompanied children please.) families only, no groups please. Owner offers a reduced security of $500 with damage insurance or a full security of $1500. OWNER EXPECTS TENANTS TO TAKE THE DAMAGE POLICY DUE TO THE EXPENSE OF REPAIRING POOL PARTS IF BROKEN. MUST SIGN POOL ADDENDUM . Tenant is not allowed garage code. Owner provides pillows and blankets for tenant use.
