Sleeps up to 14. This brand new 2023 build is a Sunday to Sunday rental to avoid the normal Saturday to Saturday traffic coming on and off the island. Conveniently located in Surf City, we are a quick two turns (less than a mile) once on the island, making vacation time start that much sooner! Check in is 2:00PM and check out is at 10:00AM. Our home is within walking distance or bike ride to some local favorites. How You Brewin\', The Local Market & Kitchen, Scojo\'s Scoop City Ice Cream, Wally\'s, Northside Bar & Grill and Surf City 5 & 10 to name a few. There are many eateries close by that offer dine in or takeout, so finding a great place for dinner won\'t be difficult. We are a 5-7 minute walk to the beach (quicker on a bike). All the beaches are family friendly. We have provided 6 beach badges. Kids under 12 and adults 65+ do not require beach badges. In the garage you will find a beach umbrella and 4 beach chairs, so no need to pack your own unless you need extra. As a family with children, we know packing up and heading to the beach can be a workout in itself! We enjoy our pool days. We have a beautiful heated in-ground salt water pool out back to cool off on those hot summer days, or skip the beach and relax while the kids tire themselves out. We have a large dining table out back as well as a large sectional couch under our covered sitting area to lounge and relax while watching TV or have family movie night under the stars (one of our favorite things to do) In the kitchen we have a large table that seats 7-8 and has an extender if extra space is needed, counter seating (3) and a table for 4 out on the covered deck. We have two large living rooms, so there is plenty of space to sit in our home. We want you to enjoy your stay. We have included the following to help make your stay with us more comfortable: 2 Hairdryers – Hand Soap in all bathrooms – Dish Soap and Dish washing detergent – Should you decide to cook, we have a fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, baking pans, saute pans, blender, toaster, toaster oven, crock pot, etc.- Cable with smart WiFi connected TVs. Log on to your favorite streaming provider (just remember to logout when checking out) – Quilts and pillows are provided so just bring your own sheets – Two gas grills (one on the deck off the kitchen and the other down by the pool) – Fenced yard with outdoor shower (dual show heads to get the kids cleaned off quicker)
