Pat Shultis was outstanding in helping find a vacation site under some difficult requirements. She answered many questions promptly and without making me feel that I was a nuisance(which I probably was). She was available it seemed 24/7 and I can most definitely recommend her.
Loved our vacation in Ship Bottom. It was our first time renting directly on the beach and it added so much to our stay. The views were fantastic. We rented a perfect beach house and Pat Shultis helped me through the year to finalize various details as I live across the country & was planning a reunion. We had a wonderful week in Peahala Park - The house was very comfortable and offered many amenities. The A/C vents were very dusty but that's about it. The backyard was very nice - we spent a lot of time out there - we had a little one with us so the fact that it was fenced in was just perfect for us. The beds were very comfortable. We appreciated the beach badges as well. The weather could have been better but there's nothing any of us can do about that! lol Thanks for everything.

Once again we have enjoyed a wonderful week with our children and grandchildren. 1504 Bayview is an ideal home and location for our family. The two floor living is perfect for our son and his family who make the trek up north from Georgia - no mean feat with two sets of twins ages 11 and 5! This was the 5th year we rented the Troast House in Harvey Cedars . This is a great house with a fabulous location . My children and grandchildren have greatly enjoyed the last five years. The house has everything in it and totally meets our needs. Only "needs improvement" comment is the AC to the bedroom on the top floor needs to cool off the room a little better. On very hot nights it was stuffy sleeping. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation, great weather and stayed in a fabulous house. This is why we're coming back next year.
We have been working with Pat Shultis for several years. She has always been extremely helpful. When we had to change our vacation week and our usual rental was not available, she helped us find another similar property. Just before she processed our deposit check for the alternate property, our usual rental became available for the new week and she notified us immediately. While the other rental would have been OK, we were very happy that Pat took the time to draw up a new lease and switch us to our usual rental.

Our yearly family vacation to the Fishery in Shipbottom on LBI is a terrific experience for our whole clan. The condo, the beach, the people and of course Pat Shultis are A #1. The grandchildren look forward all year to "going down the shore" with Grandma and Grandpa and you don't disappoint. This year Adam, our 6 year old, told his mom "Mommy, I've been waiting to get here for 365 days". Our hearts are smiling! Thanks for caring for us.
Amanda was nothing short of terrific in all respects with respect to our renting a house in Beach Haven. From the time we first signed the rental papers until the time we left, she was always there to assist on moment's notice, and her assistance/help was just unbelievable. Once again our realtor, Alicia Marzarella found the perfect rental for our large family which included children and seniors. The house was absolutely beautiful with a breathtaking view of the bay and was also very well equippted. Alicia has been renting to us for several years and has never disappointed. She goes above and beyond. Most of all, she is great lady who strives to do her best at all times. I would never think of going to anyone else.
I have been vacationing at the shore for many many years, and only a few years ago did I need to use a realtor. That's how I found Roberta Brackman. What a lovely woman. So easy to talk to and work with. This was our third year renting through Zach Shore using Roberta as our agent and I highly recommend them.
Pat has been my LBI realtor for almost 20 years . She has always been very helpful to me and my family . Check in is very easy and fast . The rental was very clean and comfortable. She sent me a text message to warm me about flooding after a storm . I give Pat and her agency a 10 !
We have been using Pat Shultis, for the last 12 or so years for out rentals on LBI. She has been great every year, check-in and check-out has been quick and easy. She will check in every now and then if there is a storm, and to make sure everything is good. If there has been a problem, she had it fixed in less than an hour. Vacation was great, Amanda Mathis is the best. Amanda has helped with our rental plans for the last 4 years. Amanda goes above and beyond to ensure we are all set for our time on LBI. We had a situation which was unavoidable, though we were in the wrong Amanda went out of her way to help with a solution. I appreciate that. I will always go to Amanda when renting in LBI. I can’t say enough good things about Alicia Marzarella. In early July, we had an unfortunate last minute cancellation on our regular summer rental in Barnegat Light. I reached out regarding a rental I saw online, for the week of July 19th. Alicia responded right away, communicated with the owner, got everything in motion, and made sure we were able to enjoy a week on LBI. She was wonderful, helping us sign the last minute agreement online and make our payment. Would highly recommend. We were so impressed with her stellar service, we are changing directions and using her for our vacation next summer!
I would like to say that Nancy Remini is nothing short of exemplary. She always takes the time to follow-up after we get settled in to make sure nothing is wrong with rental house and would immediately address our concerns if there was. Nancy makes herself very accessible to answer any questions regarding restaurant ideas or things to do in general. She has ben a pleasure to deal with over the years and should commended for her dedication to customer service and satisfaction! Thank you Nancy.
Thank you to Donna DiOrio for making the rental process so easy when I come to LBI. She is quick to respond to my emails and phone calls and always knows the answers to my many questions! I look forward to working with her again next year. She's a great asset to Zach Shore!!

So enjoyed our week at LBI; I hadn't been in about 30 years, I was there for a family reunion of sorts, and was flying in from AZ. . I was totally out of date on how things happen at the transition each week, and Pat Shultis was so helpful and patient with all of my questions. Loved being in a bayfront home. I kept remembering how we would go down every winter to pick our house for the next summer, as I always liked trying to find something different each year. So I kind of missed that opportunity with Pat because I booked it online, but I'm sure she would have been just as patient and helpful as she was with the online arrangements. She's very responsive and very timely in her communication and I give the whole experience a "high five".
Renting a beach house on-line is not alway easy. The photos and information given can be deceiving. The Berkshire Hathaway website gave a very realistic and thorough view of the properties. And Donna Diorio was a great guide in choosing the property that was best suited for our family. We knew exactly what to expect and had a terrific stay at LBI.
