My family and I have been renting summer homes on LBI for over 25 Years. Our children and grandchildren have grown up enjoying their summer vacations on LBI.

So enjoyed our week at LBI; I hadn't been in about 30 years, I was there for a family reunion of sorts, and was flying in from AZ. . I was totally out of date on how things happen at the transition each week, and Pat Shultis was so helpful and patient with all of my questions. Loved being in a bayfront home. I kept remembering how we would go down every winter to pick our house for the next summer, as I always liked trying to find something different each year. So I kind of missed that opportunity with Pat because I booked it online, but I'm sure she would have been just as patient and helpful as she was with the online arrangements. I rented the most magnificent home on the bay in Harvey Cedars in September. This was my first time on Long Beach Island. We own two houses, one in Harvey Cedars, which we rent seasonally, and one in Barnegat Light, which we no longer rent but did some years ago. Alicia is amazingly effective. When we had to change our vacation week and our usual rental was not available, she helped us find another similar property. Just before she processed our deposit check for the alternate property, our usual rental became available for the new week and she notified us immediately. While the other rental would have been OK, we were very happy that Pat took the time to draw up a new lease and switch us to our usual rental.

This was the 5th year we rented the Troast House in Harvey Cedars . This is a great house with a fabulous location . My children and grandchildren have greatly enjoyed the last five years. The house has everything in it and totally meets our needs. Only "needs improvement" comment is the AC to the bedroom on the top floor needs to cool off the room a little better. On very hot nights it was stuffy sleeping. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation, great weather and stayed in a fabulous house. This is why we're coming back next year.

We had a wonderful week in Peahala Park - The house was very comfortable and offered many amenities. The A/C vents were very dusty but that's about it. The backyard was very nice - we spent a lot of time out there - we had a little one with us so the fact that it was fenced in was just perfect for us. The beds were very comfortable. We appreciated the beach badges as well. The weather could have been better but there's nothing any of us can do about that! lol Thanks for everything.
Once again we have enjoyed a wonderful week with our children and grandchildren. 1504 Bayview is an ideal home and location for our family. The two floor living is perfect for our son and his family who make the trek up north from Georgia - no mean feat with two sets of twins ages 11 and 5! Hopefully in the future, we will ask her help in finding a permanent vacation home for oursevles but in the meantime, we hope to spend our summers at 1504 Bayview.

What a great house! Clean, fully updated and complete with all amenities listed. Great location for walking to Bay Village as well as all the other local attractions and restaurants. I've been a renter with Donna for quite a few summer seasons now and all my vacations on LBI have been Great. When I was looking for a house to rent for my summer vacation years back, Donna took me out to see houses I would like. She was patient until she turned me on to a place that I loved ! We would like to tell you how very happy we were with Alicia Marzarella. We contacted her regarding a rental we were interested in. We knew it was very late to try and book 2 weeks for July or August. Yet from our very first phone call with her she could not have been more helpful. She went out of her way to find out exactly what we were looking for. It took her less then 2 days to find us a rental that we were extremely happy with. She made phone calls & did not stop looking until we got what we wanted. Alicia went above and beyond to make us happy. Alicia was a pleasure to deal with during our recent stay. There were a few minor issues when we first checked in , but Alicia was on top of everyone of them. Beverly was fantastic and I would highly recommend her. We fell out of the rental rotation due to our kids schedules with sports and school. She stayed on top of cancelations and was able to get us a place at the last minute. The place was perfect. She was kind, patient, showed up at the place with treats for the kids and a jersey tomato for us! Great customer service. She is a class act and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or rent on LBI!
I’ll sum up my recent rental experience in one word, “PHENOMENAL”! From the moment I saw the Bay View Terr house, I was in love. True to form, the house did not disappoint! The views were priceless from nearly every room in the home. Exceptional privacy turned this vacation oasis into a private retreat! Plenty to eat, see, do within walking distance. I adore this home and couldn’t have done it without Alicia! She is the dream agent!! Cool, calm, and kind! We love her! Thank you Alicia and the Hill’s for giving us the opportunity to experience LBI from the beauty of Bay Terrace! See you in 2021 (or maybe before)!! ?

Once again our realtor, Alicia Marzarella found the perfect rental for our large family which included children and seniors. The house was absolutely beautiful with a breathtaking view of the bay and was also very well equippted. Alicia has been renting to us for several years and has never disappointed. She goes above and beyond. Most of all, she is great lady who strives to do her best at all times. I would never think of going to anyone else.
Donna did a great job under a very tight timeframe. She was very patience with my incessant questions as well! We'd use her as our realtor again if we visit the area.
