This was the 5th year we rented the Troast House in Harvey Cedars . This is a great house with a fabulous location . My children and grandchildren have greatly enjoyed the last five years. The house has everything in it and totally meets our needs. Only "needs improvement" comment is the AC to the bedroom on the top floor needs to cool off the room a little better. On very hot nights it was stuffy sleeping. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation, great weather and stayed in a fabulous house. This is why we're coming back next year.
It is a pleasure working with Alicia Mazarella! I gave her the challenging task of finding a small, two-bedroom unit in Barnegat Light for a couple summer weeks. She took on the challenge and found the perfect place for me! The unit was outstanding in terms of location, tasteful decor and plentiful amenities ~ and cost! Once again we have enjoyed a wonderful week with our children and grandchildren. 1504 Bayview is an ideal home and location for our family. The two floor living is perfect for our son and his family who make the trek up north from Georgia - no mean feat with two sets of twins ages 11 and 5! Our thanks to our magnificent realtor, Alicia Mararella, who found the rental for us three years ago.. Hopefully in the future, we will ask her help in finding a permanent vacation home for oursevles but in the meantime, we hope to spend our summers at 1504 Bayview.

We had a wonderful week in Peahala Park - The house was very comfortable and offered many amenities. The A/C vents were very dusty but that's about it. The backyard was very nice - we spent a lot of time out there - we had a little one with us so the fact that it was fenced in was just perfect for us. The beds were very comfortable. We appreciated the beach badges as well. The weather could have been better but there's nothing any of us can do about that! lol Thanks for everything.
Amanda was great! I reached out to her very late and she understood what I was looking for when we spoke. She sent out options that day and was around for the questions I had. It was great to work with her. She responded to every call and text. I'm looking forward to seeing if I can buy something next year, or rent for another week next year.

We have been working with Pat Shultis for several years. She has always been extremely helpful. When we had to change our vacation week and our usual rental was not available, she helped us find another similar property. Just before she processed our deposit check for the alternate property, our usual rental became available for the new week and she notified us immediately. While the other rental would have been OK, we were very happy that Pat took the time to draw up a new lease and switch us to our usual rental.

I can’t say enough good things about Alicia Marzarella. In early July, we had an unfortunate last minute cancellation on our regular summer rental in Barnegat Light. I reached out regarding a rental I saw online, for the week of July 19th. Alicia responded right away, communicated with the owner, got everything in motion, and made sure we were able to enjoy a week on LBI. She was wonderful, helping us sign the last minute agreement online and make our payment. Would highly recommend. So enjoyed our week at LBI; I hadn't been in about 30 years, I was there for a family reunion of sorts, and was flying in from AZ. . I was totally out of date on how things happen at the transition each week, and Pat Shultis was so helpful and patient with all of my questions. Loved being in a bayfront home. I kept remembering how we would go down every winter to pick our house for the next summer, as I always liked trying to find something different each year. So I kind of missed that opportunity with Pat because I booked it online, but I'm sure she would have been just as patient and helpful as she was with the online arrangements. Renting a beach house on-line is not alway easy. The photos and information given can be deceiving. The Berkshire Hathaway website gave a very realistic and thorough view of the properties. And Donna Diorio was a great guide in choosing the property that was best suited for our family. We knew exactly what to expect and had a terrific stay at LBI.
I rented the most magnificent home on the bay in Harvey Cedars in September. This was my first time on Long Beach Island. Alicia Marzarella was referred to me by an acquaintance who also had great results from her. Amy Dacus was very helpful and responsive. She found the perfect-sized property for our annual family trip to LBI. We had a very minor problem with the linen service, and she fixed it immediately! My husband and I have been vacationing in Barnegat Light every September for many years. Pat Shultis helped us find the right rental property which has been perfect for us. She has always been great to deal with- very responsive over the years - doing everything she can to assist. And she is a person, not a website- which we appreciate. ;-)Thank you Patricia for suggesting the home we stayed in. It was perfect! It was clean and very spacious. We enjoyed ourselves immensely. Pat did an amazing job finding us our perfect LBI home! The views were unbelievable from virtually every room in the home!! The house was very clean and extremely well cared for. You immediately feel the love. Our whole family fell in Love with the house and cant wait to rent it again next year!!
Alicia went above and beyond to help our family settle into our long term rental in Harvey Cedars. She went out of her way to personally track down items that we needed for a comfortable stay and was available by phone and email at any time of day or night. She sincerely cared about the quality of our experience and we will most definitely be reaching out to her for our next rental!
Alicia Marzarella is an outstanding agent. Last Fall she helped us find the perfect home on LBI for my family's beach week. during July 2025. This was not an easy task because we needede a large home for my large family. She was very responsive through the rental process making sure everything was perfect for us...including delivering a corn hole game! If there were any issues, she handled them promptly.

Our yearly family vacation to the Fishery in Shipbottom on LBI is a terrific experience for our whole clan. The condo, the beach, the people and of course Pat Shultis are A #1. The grandchildren look forward all year to "going down the shore" with Grandma and Grandpa and you don't disappoint. This year Adam, our 6 year old, told his mom "Mommy, I've been waiting to get here for 365 days". Our hearts are smiling! Thanks for caring for us.

This was our 22nd year coming to the island for vacation and was by far the best. When we got up onto the deck that 1st day my daughter and I hugged each other and shed some tears.. it was so beautiful. Literally a dream come true. Just beautiful! Hope return next year!
I’ll sum up my recent rental experience in one word, “PHENOMENAL”! From the moment I saw the Bay View Terr house, I was in love. True to form, the house did not disappoint! The views were priceless from nearly every room in the home. Exceptional privacy turned this vacation oasis into a private retreat! Plenty to eat, see, do within walking distance. I adore this home and couldn’t have done it without Alicia! She is the dream agent!! Cool, calm, and kind! We love her! We have been using Pat Shultis, for the last 12 or so years for out rentals on LBI. She has been great every year, check-in and check-out has been quick and easy. She will check in every now and then if there is a storm, and to make sure everything is good. If there has been a problem, she had it fixed in less than an hour. Thank you Pat for all these great years on LBI.....
