Renting a beach house on-line is not alway easy. The photos and information given can be deceiving. The Berkshire Hathaway website gave a very realistic and thorough view of the properties. And Donna Diorio was a great guide in choosing the property that was best suited for our family. We knew exactly what to expect and had a terrific stay at LBI.

So enjoyed our week at LBI; I hadn't been in about 30 years, I was there for a family reunion of sorts, and was flying in from AZ. . I was totally out of date on how things happen at the transition each week, and Pat Shultis was so helpful and patient with all of my questions. Loved being in a bayfront home. I kept remembering how we would go down every winter to pick our house for the next summer, as I always liked trying to find something different each year. So I kind of missed that opportunity with Pat because I booked it online, but I'm sure she would have been just as patient and helpful as she was with the online arrangements. I rented the most magnificent home on the bay in Harvey Cedars in September. This was my first time on Long Beach Island. Alicia was a gem because she listened to my requirements and only showed me websites of homes that fit the bill. She’s available anytime to answer questions and make things right if there are any issues in the house rented. She made sure we all had a perfect vacation and we are grateful for that!

We have been working with Pat Shultis for several years. She has always been extremely helpful. When we had to change our vacation week and our usual rental was not available, she helped us find another similar property. Just before she processed our deposit check for the alternate property, our usual rental became available for the new week and she notified us immediately. While the other rental would have been OK, we were very happy that Pat took the time to draw up a new lease and switch us to our usual rental.

We had a wonderful week in Peahala Park - The house was very comfortable and offered many amenities. The A/C vents were very dusty but that's about it. The backyard was very nice - we spent a lot of time out there - we had a little one with us so the fact that it was fenced in was just perfect for us. The beds were very comfortable. We appreciated the beach badges as well. The weather could have been better but there's nothing any of us can do about that! lol Thanks for everything.

We have been using Pat Shultis, for the last 12 or so years for out rentals on LBI. She has been great every year, check-in and check-out has been quick and easy. This was the 5th year we rented the Troast House in Harvey Cedars . This is a great house with a fabulous location . My children and grandchildren have greatly enjoyed the last five years. The house has everything in it and totally meets our needs. Only "needs improvement" comment is the AC to the bedroom on the top floor needs to cool off the room a little better. On very hot nights it was stuffy sleeping. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation, great weather and stayed in a fabulous house. This is why we're coming back next year.
I can’t say enough good things about Alicia Marzarella. In early July, we had an unfortunate last minute cancellation on our regular summer rental in Barnegat Light. I reached out regarding a rental I saw online, for the week of July 19th. Alicia responded right away, communicated with the owner, got everything in motion, and made sure we were able to enjoy a week on LBI. She was wonderful, helping us sign the last minute agreement online and make our payment. Would highly recommend. We were so impressed with her stellar service, we are changing directions and using her for our vacation next summer!
We love renting in LBI for a week in the summer and when I couldn't find anything to rent, my friend gave me Donna Diorio's information! Pat Shultis was outstanding in helping find a vacation site under some difficult requirements. She answered many questions promptly and without making me feel that I was a nuisance(which I probably was). She was available it seemed 24/7 and I can most definitely recommend her.
Amy Dacus was very helpful and responsive. She found the perfect-sized property for our annual family trip to LBI. We had a very minor problem with the linen service, and she fixed it immediately! The check-in/check-out process was also very seamless. I would highly recommend Amy and would definitely use her services again.
My wife and I very much enjoy working with Elaine Atlee. She is very professional, responsive and enthusiastic.
I just wanted to say we were very happy with this year's house! It turned out to be a great week weather wise. The location of the house was great and the extra parking was a big plus now that all of my kids drive!

We have been staying at The Fishery for several years now. We love the beach access, as well as the pool. All units that we have stayed in have been lovely. This year however, the unit was our favorite. It was well stocked, clean, nicely updated and fit our family comfortably. Pat , our agent is always helpful and pleasant. We look forward to returning next year.
Another perfect week's vacation on LBI, thanks to Donna Diorio and the staff at Zack Shore Realtors. Every interaction via phone and in person is always a positive experience. Donna never hesitates to share her knowledge and expertise and is always quick to respond any time I've needed her. This year was particularly challenging with the restrictions due to COVID-19. The extra communication through emails from Donna and Zack Shore outlining the guidelines for LBI were very helpful. We knew what to expect before we arrived and made the situation so much less stressful. Thank you Donna. See you again next year!!

While my husband and I have been coming to LBI for almost 40 years, this was our first rental working with Donna Diorio. I was delighted with our experience. From the first phone call to inquire about a specific property through the return of the property key, Donna was consistently professional, competent and courteous. Throughout the process, Donna kept me informed of our contract status, our payments and returned our deposit promptly. Once again we have enjoyed a wonderful week with our children and grandchildren. 1504 Bayview is an ideal home and location for our family. The two floor living is perfect for our son and his family who make the trek up north from Georgia - no mean feat with two sets of twins ages 11 and 5! Our thanks to our magnificent realtor, Alicia Mararella, who found the rental for us three years ago.. Hopefully in the future, we will ask her help in finding a permanent vacation home for oursevles but in the meantime, we hope to spend our summers at 1504 Bayview.
My family and I have been renting summer homes on LBI for over 25 Years. Our children and grandchildren have grown up enjoying their summer vacations on LBI.
Alicia Marzarella has been our rental agent all these years and has never failed in finding us a beautiful home and location especially as our family grew. Our grandchildren are now in college and high school and they still look forward to coming down here every July. They start counting the days right after Christmas until we arrive here in July. We look to many more years of vacation time down here. We do not treat Alicia and Allison as people we do business with but
rather we regard them as personnel friends and we enjoy coming down to LBI every summer to see them.
