From the time we first signed the rental papers until the time we left, she was always there to assist on moment's notice, and her assistance/help was just unbelievable. Our yearly family vacation to the Fishery in Shipbottom on LBI is a terrific experience for our whole clan. The condo, the beach, the people and of course Pat Shultis are A #1. Beverly was fantastic and I would highly recommend her. We fell out of the rental rotation due to our kids schedules with sports and school. She stayed on top of cancelations and was able to get us a place at the last minute. The place was perfect. We have been working with Pat Shultis for several years. She has always been extremely helpful. When we had to change our vacation week and our usual rental was not available, she helped us find another similar property. Just before she processed our deposit check for the alternate property, our usual rental became available for the new week and she notified us immediately. While the other rental would have been OK, we were very happy that Pat took the time to draw up a new lease and switch us to our usual rental.
We had a wonderful week in Peahala Park - The house was very comfortable and offered many amenities. The A/C vents were very dusty but that's about it. The backyard was very nice - we spent a lot of time out there - we had a little one with us so the fact that it was fenced in was just perfect for us. The beds were very comfortable. We appreciated the beach badges as well. The weather could have been better but there's nothing any of us can do about that! lol Thanks for everything.

Once again our realtor, Alicia Marzarella found the perfect rental for our large family which included children and seniors. I can’t say enough good things about Alicia Marzarella. In early July, we had an unfortunate last minute cancellation on our regular summer rental in Barnegat Light. I reached out regarding a rental I saw online, for the week of July 19th. Alicia responded right away, communicated with the owner, got everything in motion, and made sure we were able to enjoy a week on LBI. She was wonderful, helping us sign the last minute agreement online and make our payment. Would highly recommend. Renting a beach house on-line is not alway easy. The photos and information given can be deceiving. The Berkshire Hathaway website gave a very realistic and thorough view of the properties. And Donna Diorio was a great guide in choosing the property that was best suited for our family. We knew exactly what to expect and had a terrific stay at LBI.
This was the 5th year we rented the Troast House in Harvey Cedars . This is a great house with a fabulous location . My children and grandchildren have greatly enjoyed the last five years. The house has everything in it and totally meets our needs. Only "needs improvement" comment is the AC to the bedroom on the top floor needs to cool off the room a little better. On very hot nights it was stuffy sleeping. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation, great weather and stayed in a fabulous house. This is why we're coming back next year.
We love renting in LBI for a week in the summer and when I couldn't find anything to rent, my friend gave me Donna Diorio's information! I reached out to Donna and within hours had a variety of places for the week we needed and that were pet friendly! I just wanted to say we were very happy with this year's house! It turned out to be a great week weather wise. The location of the house was great and the extra parking was a big plus now that all of my kids drive!

I’ll sum up my recent rental experience in one word, “PHENOMENAL”! From the moment I saw the Bay View Terr house, I was in love. True to form, the house did not disappoint! The views were priceless from nearly every room in the home. Exceptional privacy turned this vacation oasis into a private retreat! Plenty to eat, see, do within walking distance. I adore this home and couldn’t have done it without Alicia! She is the dream agent!! Cool, calm, and kind! We love her! Thank you Alicia and the Hill’s for giving us the opportunity to experience LBI from the beauty of Bay Terrace! See you in 2021 (or maybe before)!! ?

Great relaxed time. Everyone enjoyed the clean, spacious facility and above all the ocean view from the spacious deck.
Checking in and out was quick and easy. I appreciated getting a text from my Realtor the first night we were there checking to be sure everything was OK.

We had a situation which was unavoidable, though we were in the wrong Amanda went out of her way to help with a solution. I appreciate that. I will always go to Amanda when renting in LBI. Donna did a great job under a very tight timeframe. She was very patience with my incessant questions as well! We'd use her as our realtor again if we visit the area.

Alicia Marzarella is an outstanding agent. Last Fall she helped us find the perfect home on LBI for my family's beach week. during July 2025. This was not an easy task because we needede a large home for my large family. She was very responsive through the rental process making sure everything was perfect for us...including delivering a corn hole game! If there were any issues, she handled them promptly.
She was a joy to work with ,and we look forward to working with Alicia again in the future.' Thanks Alicia for a great family vacation!
So enjoyed our week at LBI; I hadn't been in about 30 years, I was there for a family reunion of sorts, and was flying in from AZ. . I was totally out of date on how things happen at the transition each week, and Pat Shultis was so helpful and patient with all of my questions. Loved being in a bayfront home. I kept remembering how we would go down every winter to pick our house for the next summer, as I always liked trying to find something different each year. So I kind of missed that opportunity with Pat because I booked it online, but I'm sure she would have been just as patient and helpful as she was with the online arrangements. She's very responsive and very timely in her communication and I give the whole experience a "high five".
Elaine Atlee has been our realtor for many years and has always been there when you need her. She is cheerful gracious and always returns your calls. The house at 2 Nebraska, Beach Haven has been great! Thank you for creating a wonderful summer vacation.
We rented a perfect beach house and Pat Shultis helped me through the year to finalize various details as I live across the country & was planning a reunion. I can't wait to rent this home again as all 20 of us had a fantastic time but next summer I will be planning a wedding! Hopefully summer of 27 we will be back!
