Great relaxed time. Everyone enjoyed the clean, spacious facility and above all the ocean view from the spacious deck.
Checking in and out was quick and easy. I appreciated getting a text from my Realtor the first night we were there checking to be sure everything was OK.
We had a wonderful week in Peahala Park - The house was very comfortable and offered many amenities. The A/C vents were very dusty but that's about it. The backyard was very nice - we spent a lot of time out there - we had a little one with us so the fact that it was fenced in was just perfect for us. The beds were very comfortable. We appreciated the beach badges as well. The weather could have been better but there's nothing any of us can do about that! lol Thanks for everything.

Alicia Marzarella is easily the best agent we've used on LBI. We own two houses, one in Harvey Cedars, which we rent seasonally, and one in Barnegat Light, which we no longer rent but did some years ago. Alicia is amazingly effective. She gets it done over and over again. She's sociable, down to earth, connects easily with people. She's prompt, responsive, totally knows the area. You can't go wrong with Alicia.
So enjoyed our week at LBI; I hadn't been in about 30 years, I was there for a family reunion of sorts, and was flying in from AZ. . I was totally out of date on how things happen at the transition each week, and Pat Shultis was so helpful and patient with all of my questions. Loved being in a bayfront home. I kept remembering how we would go down every winter to pick our house for the next summer, as I always liked trying to find something different each year. So I kind of missed that opportunity with Pat because I booked it online, but I'm sure she would have been just as patient and helpful as she was with the online arrangements. She's very responsive and very timely in her communication and I give the whole experience a "high five".
I would like to say that Nancy Remini is nothing short of exemplary. She always takes the time to follow-up after we get settled in to make sure nothing is wrong with rental house and would immediately address our concerns if there was. Nancy makes herself very accessible to answer any questions regarding restaurant ideas or things to do in general. I reached out regarding a rental I saw online, for the week of July 19th. I rented the most magnificent home on the bay in Harvey Cedars in September. This was my first time on Long Beach Island. Renting a beach house on-line is not alway easy. The photos and information given can be deceiving. The Berkshire Hathaway website gave a very realistic and thorough view of the properties. And Donna Diorio was a great guide in choosing the property that was best suited for our family. We knew exactly what to expect and had a terrific stay at LBI.

Loved our vacation in Ship Bottom. It was our first time renting directly on the beach and it added so much to our stay. The views were fantastic. We have been staying at The Fishery for several years now. We love the beach access, as well as the pool. All units that we have stayed in have been lovely. We have been working with Pat Shultis for several years. She has always been extremely helpful. When we had to change our vacation week and our usual rental was not available, she helped us find another similar property. Just before she processed our deposit check for the alternate property, our usual rental became available for the new week and she notified us immediately. Pat did an amazing job finding us our perfect LBI home! The views were unbelievable from virtually every room in the home!! The house was very clean and extremely well cared for. You immediately feel the love. Our whole family fell in Love with the house and cant wait to rent it again next year!!
My family and I have been renting summer homes on LBI for over 25 Years. Our children and grandchildren have grown up enjoying their summer vacations on LBI.
Alicia Marzarella has been our rental agent all these years and has never failed in finding us a beautiful home and location especially as our family grew. Our grandchildren are now in college and high school and they still look forward to coming down here every July. They start counting the days right after Christmas until we arrive here in July. We look to many more years of vacation time down here. We do not treat Alicia and Allison as people we do business with but
rather we regard them as personnel friends and we enjoy coming down to LBI every summer to see them.

We love renting in LBI for a week in the summer and when I couldn't find anything to rent, my friend gave me Donna Diorio's information! I reached out to Donna and within hours had a variety of places for the week we needed and that were pet friendly! Our yearly family vacation to the Fishery in Shipbottom on LBI is a terrific experience for our whole clan. The condo, the beach, the people and of course Pat Shultis are A #1. The grandchildren look forward all year to "going down the shore" with Grandma and Grandpa and you don't disappoint. This year Adam, our 6 year old, told his mom "Mommy, I've been waiting to get here for 365 days". Our hearts are smiling! Thanks for caring for us.
Donna did a great job under a very tight timeframe. She was very patience with my incessant questions as well! We'd use her as our realtor again if we visit the area.
