Once again our realtor, Alicia Marzarella found the perfect rental for our large family which included children and seniors. The house was absolutely beautiful with a breathtaking view of the bay and was also very well equippted. Alicia has been renting to us for several years and has never disappointed. Renting a beach house on-line is not alway easy. The photos and information given can be deceiving. The Berkshire Hathaway website gave a very realistic and thorough view of the properties. Once again we have enjoyed a wonderful week with our children and grandchildren. 1504 Bayview is an ideal home and location for our family. The two floor living is perfect for our son and his family who make the trek up north from Georgia - no mean feat with two sets of twins ages 11 and 5! Our thanks to our magnificent realtor, Alicia Mararella, who found the rental for us three years ago.. Hopefully in the future, we will ask her help in finding a permanent vacation home for oursevles but in the meantime, we hope to spend our summers at 1504 Bayview.

We have been staying at The Fishery for several years now. We love the beach access, as well as the pool. All units that we have stayed in have been lovely. Our yearly family vacation to the Fishery in Shipbottom on LBI is a terrific experience for our whole clan. The condo, the beach, the people and of course Pat Shultis are A #1. We own two houses, one in Harvey Cedars, which we rent seasonally, and one in Barnegat Light, which we no longer rent but did some years ago. Alicia is amazingly effective. This has been our sixth year using Zack Shore Realtors and Agent Beverly Karch for our LBI rental. We have built a relationship with Beverly who has made the process very easy and is always available to help out with any concerns or questions we may have.
Last summer, I decided to fly up to Jersey for a week with a very dear friend. I called upon Laura Serpentelli to locate me a small house/cottage or Clean apartment. This was the 5th year we rented the Troast House in Harvey Cedars . This is a great house with a fabulous location . My children and grandchildren have greatly enjoyed the last five years. The house has everything in it and totally meets our needs. Only "needs improvement" comment is the AC to the bedroom on the top floor needs to cool off the room a little better. On very hot nights it was stuffy sleeping. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation, great weather and stayed in a fabulous house. This is why we're coming back next year.
Beverly was fantastic and I would highly recommend her. We fell out of the rental rotation due to our kids schedules with sports and school. She stayed on top of cancelations and was able to get us a place at the last minute. The place was perfect. She was kind, patient, showed up at the place with treats for the kids and a jersey tomato for us! Great customer service. She is a class act and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or rent on LBI!

We had a wonderful week in Peahala Park - The house was very comfortable and offered many amenities. The A/C vents were very dusty but that's about it. The backyard was very nice - we spent a lot of time out there - we had a little one with us so the fact that it was fenced in was just perfect for us. The beds were very comfortable. We appreciated the beach badges as well. The weather could have been better but there's nothing any of us can do about that! lol Thanks for everything.
We have been working with Pat Shultis for several years. She has always been extremely helpful. When we had to change our vacation week and our usual rental was not available, she helped us find another similar property. Just before she processed our deposit check for the alternate property, our usual rental became available for the new week and she notified us immediately. While the other rental would have been OK, we were very happy that Pat took the time to draw up a new lease and switch us to our usual rental.

We have been using Pat Shultis, for the last 12 or so years for out rentals on LBI. She has been great every year, check-in and check-out has been quick and easy. I’ll sum up my recent rental experience in one word, “PHENOMENAL”! From the moment I saw the Bay View Terr house, I was in love. True to form, the house did not disappoint! The views were priceless from nearly every room in the home. Exceptional privacy turned this vacation oasis into a private retreat! Plenty to eat, see, do within walking distance.
