This was the 5th year we rented the Troast House in Harvey Cedars . This is a great house with a fabulous location . My children and grandchildren have greatly enjoyed the last five years. The house has everything in it and totally meets our needs. Only "needs improvement" comment is the AC to the bedroom on the top floor needs to cool off the room a little better. On very hot nights it was stuffy sleeping. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation, great weather and stayed in a fabulous house. This is why we're coming back next year.
I’ll sum up my recent rental experience in one word, “PHENOMENAL”! From the moment I saw the Bay View Terr house, I was in love. True to form, the house did not disappoint! The views were priceless from nearly every room in the home. Exceptional privacy turned this vacation oasis into a private retreat! Plenty to eat, see, do within walking distance. Alicia Marzarella is easily the best agent we've used on LBI. We own two houses, one in Harvey Cedars, which we rent seasonally, and one in Barnegat Light, which we no longer rent but did some years ago. Alicia is amazingly effective. She gets it done over and over again. She's sociable, down to earth, connects easily with people. She's prompt, responsive, totally knows the area. You can't go wrong with Alicia.

We recently sold our family beach house at LBI and not only did Alicia Marzarella manage the sale, she also helped to find rentals for the summer rentals we had already booked, but which we could no longer accommodate. We had a wonderful week in Peahala Park - The house was very comfortable and offered many amenities. The A/C vents were very dusty but that's about it. The backyard was very nice - we spent a lot of time out there - we had a little one with us so the fact that it was fenced in was just perfect for us. The beds were very comfortable. We appreciated the beach badges as well. The weather could have been better but there's nothing any of us can do about that! lol Thanks for everything.

Loved our vacation in Ship Bottom. It was our first time renting directly on the beach and it added so much to our stay. The views were fantastic. Once again we have enjoyed a wonderful week with our children and grandchildren. 1504 Bayview is an ideal home and location for our family. The two floor living is perfect for our son and his family who make the trek up north from Georgia - no mean feat with two sets of twins ages 11 and 5! Our thanks to our magnificent realtor, Alicia Mararella, who found the rental for us three years ago.. Hopefully in the future, we will ask her help in finding a permanent vacation home for oursevles but in the meantime, we hope to spend our summers at 1504 Bayview.

I rented the most magnificent home on the bay in Harvey Cedars in September. This was my first time on Long Beach Island. We have been working with Pat Shultis for several years. She has always been extremely helpful. When we had to change our vacation week and our usual rental was not available, she helped us find another similar property. Just before she processed our deposit check for the alternate property, our usual rental became available for the new week and she notified us immediately. While the other rental would have been OK, we were very happy that Pat took the time to draw up a new lease and switch us to our usual rental.

Last summer, I decided to fly up to Jersey for a week with a very dear friend. I called upon Laura Serpentelli to locate me a small house/cottage or Clean apartment. At the height of the season she came up with two (2) one bedrooms homes. One of the summer listings had several photos that depicted exactly what I wanted. I rented sight unseen and was extremely pleased when I arrived at my destination in Ship Bottom, ocean block (home away from home). It was perfect in every possible way. Renting a beach house on-line is not alway easy. The photos and information given can be deceiving. The Berkshire Hathaway website gave a very realistic and thorough view of the properties.
