I rented the most magnificent home on the bay in Harvey Cedars in September. This was my first time on Long Beach Island. Alicia Marzarella was referred to me by an acquaintance who also had great results from her. Once again we have enjoyed a wonderful week with our children and grandchildren. 1504 Bayview is an ideal home and location for our family. The two floor living is perfect for our son and his family who make the trek up north from Georgia - no mean feat with two sets of twins ages 11 and 5! Hopefully in the future, we will ask her help in finding a permanent vacation home for oursevles but in the meantime, we hope to spend our summers at 1504 Bayview.

Once again our realtor, Alicia Marzarella found the perfect rental for our large family which included children and seniors. We had a wonderful week in Peahala Park - The house was very comfortable and offered many amenities. The A/C vents were very dusty but that's about it. The backyard was very nice - we spent a lot of time out there - we had a little one with us so the fact that it was fenced in was just perfect for us. The beds were very comfortable. We appreciated the beach badges as well. The weather could have been better but there's nothing any of us can do about that! lol Thanks for everything.

Last summer, I decided to fly up to Jersey for a week with a very dear friend. I called upon Laura Serpentelli to locate me a small house/cottage or Clean apartment. At the height of the season she came up with two (2) one bedrooms homes. One of the summer listings had several photos that depicted exactly what I wanted. Renting a beach house on-line is not alway easy. The photos and information given can be deceiving. The Berkshire Hathaway website gave a very realistic and thorough view of the properties. And Donna Diorio was a great guide in choosing the property that was best suited for our family. We knew exactly what to expect and had a terrific stay at LBI.

When I was looking for a house to rent for my summer vacation years back, Donna took me out to see houses I would like. She was patient until she turned me on to a place that I loved !
